GREAT MOMENTS IN BROADCASTING: C-SPAN’s phone screener got owned Tuesday morning after putting through some guy on their early morning show Tuesday asking New Hampshire’s Republican Party chairman Wayne MacDonald what he thought of presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s down there parts!

The prankster started off with what seemed like a legitimate question, but then suddenly veered left and asked MacDonald what his thoughts were on Romney’s penis size! The screener hung up on him immediately, but it took the embarrassed, obviously rattled, C-SPAN host a second or two to regain her composure.
